Meet the Doctor

Dr. Nawy received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from SUNY Binghamton and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Columbia University's School of Dental and Oral Surgery. There he received the undergraduate award for clinical excellence in orthodontics. He remained at Columbia and completed a three-year dual program obtaining his Certificate in Orthodontics as well as a Master of Arts.

Dr. Nawy is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is on staff at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and is a member of the Deans Faculty at the University of Maryland Dental School.

Dr. Nawy has continuously been recognized by his peers as one of Baltimore's Top Orthodontists and achieved the status of top-rated twice. A believer in lifelong learning, Dr. Nawy attends over 100 hours of continuing education annually to stay current on the latest advances in orthodontics. He is a Platinum Provider of Invisalign®, a distinction given to only 5% of practices worldwide.

When he is not practicing or attending continuing education events, Dr. Nawy enjoys spending time with his two sons Sam and Ben and his Goldendoodle Happy as well as following the Florida Gators and Baltimore Ravens.
